Rosie’s Review: Art Of Anarchy The Madness

It’s me, Rescue Rosie, and this review is really something. Art Or Anarchy is what my mom calls a “Super Group.” You know, one of those bands with players that have enough talent to make us dogs howl our heads off!

AoA features Creed singer Scott Stapp, guitar virtuoso and former GNR guitarist (and PGR friend) Bumblefoot, Disturbed/Adrenaline Mob bassist John Moyer and John and Vince Votta, who are monster players in their own right. Their second release (first with Stapp) is called The Madness and it is incredible!

The chemistry between band members makes for a synergy, energy and unique sound that has boundless talent and signature songwriting. The lead track, “The Madness,” is a Stapp-delivered masterpiece that takes you through the journey of the highs and lows of Scott’s recent years. No one delivers a song like Stapp!

Other highlights are “No Surrender,” “Won’t Let You Down,” “Dancing With The Devil” and the Stapp autobiographical masterpiece, “Changed Man.”

Heavy, melodic, and filled with tremendous playing throughout, The Madness is a Tour De Force and one of the best releases of 2017.

I’m Rosie The Rescue and I give Art Of Anarchy The Madness 4 out of 4 paws!
